1″ HIGH PRES 5750 0691 32 is a heavy-duty 1 inch high-pressure hydraulic hose engineered for demanding hydraulic circuits on Epiroc and Atlas Copco drilling rigs, ROC-series machines, and underground jumbos. This hose is designed to safely transmit high-pressure hydraulic oil in systems exposed to extreme vibration, pressure pulsation, abrasive rock dust, and harsh underground conditions.

The 1" HIGH PRES 5750 0691 32 is manufactured with multi-layer steel wire reinforcement and a high-grade synthetic rubber inner tube, combined with an abrasion- and oil-resistant outer cover. This construction ensures excellent burst resistance, long service life, and stable performance under continuous high-pressure operation typical of drilling, feeding, and boom actuation systems.

In operation, this high-pressure hose delivers consistent hydraulic response to pumps, valves, cylinders, and motors. Deterioration of the hose may cause pressure loss, external leakage, or sudden rupture, which can lead to machine downtime and safety hazards if not replaced in time.

Correct installation is critical. The hose must be routed according to minimum bend radius specifications, secured with proper clamps, and fitted with clean, correctly torqued connections. Regular inspection for abrasion, blistering, cracks, or fitting movement is recommended as part of routine maintenance.
