USIT-KEÇE

801 789 09 USIT-KEÇE A USIT-KEÇE plays a vital role in safeguarding the internal workings of rock drilling equipment. Its primary job is to create a barrier against the fine, abrasive dust generated during drilling operations. You'll typically find these seals positioned at points where moving parts are exposed to the environment, such as the front end of a drifter or within the feed system. They prevent contaminants from entering critical areas like bearings, hydraulic cylinders, or lubrication chambers, which are highly susceptible to wear from dust.

The integrity of a USIT-KEÇE directly impacts the reliability and performance of your drill rig. When a seal begins to fail or is damaged, dust can infiltrate the system, leading to accelerated wear on internal components. For example, if dust gets past a seal in the drifter's front head, it can quickly abrade bushings and other seals, causing a loss of impact energy and reduced penetration rates. Protecting these internal parts from contamination is key to preventing costly breakdowns and maintaining consistent drilling efficiency.

Common signs of a failing USIT-KEÇE include visible dust accumulation around the sealed area or premature wear on adjacent components. Regular inspections are important to catch damage early. If you notice a seal is cracked, hardened, or showing signs of wear, it's time to replace it. Proactive replacement of seals like the 801 789 09 during scheduled maintenance helps avoid more significant damage and keeps your equipment running smoothly.
