If it's holding a SENSÖR, you might get intermittent fault codes or readings that just don't make sense, because the SENSÖR's position isn't stable anymore.

Replacing one of these isn't usually a big job, but don't just CİVATA the new one on and walk away. Always take a good look at whatever it was holding – the HORTUM, the KABLO, the SENSÖR – for any damage that might have occurred because the old KONSOL failed. Sometimes you'll find a worn spot on a HORTUM that needs attention too, otherwise you're just putting a new KONSOL on a ticking time bomb. Also, make sure to use the correct torque on the fasteners; over-tightening can crack the new part, and under-tightening means it'll just come loose again, defeating the whole purpose.
